Turns out,
we can release emotional baggage without revisiting the past.
Old emotions live in our bodies, rent-free. They often cause triggers, block us in one area of life or another, or create physical symptoms.
Therapy is always a good idea, but insight alone doesn't free us from those emotional imprints.
Enter the Emotion Code: an established method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, where your subconscious guides us to release those trapped emotions.
For good.
Receiving a session
Sessions take place remotely, and only require you to set aside this time for yourself.
Rather than relying primarily on verbal processing, I use muscle testing, a method used in kinesiology, to access your subconscious and identify trapped emotions that may still be active.
That means naming said emotions, and finding out how old you were when you felt them (or who you inherited them from).
If a memory comes up, you're welcome to share, but you don't have to. Sometimes we don't remember anything, and that's okay.
I then use the meridians, also used in acupuncture, to release these emotions from the body.
Between 5 and 10 trapped emotions are often released within a single session, at a pace your nervous system can sustain.
This work complements, but does not replace, therapeutic or medical support.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to book a session.

What clients say
"As a natural skeptic, I didn't expect to feel so transformed after the session. I felt a sense of lightness that I still carry today, 1 month after the treatment. Brune made me comfortable right away and managed to explain her process with clarity. I was blown away by her accuracy and by the sense of calm I felt throughout the session. Could not recommend it more!"
— Marie-Amah K.
"I really enjoyed my Emotion Code sessions with Brune. She is so warm and gentle as a guide and really made me feel taken care of. She was able to pick up on emotions that really resonated with me and I was SO ready to release, and I've even had fewer stress headaches since!”

About
My path to this work was not a straight line.
During my years in Toronto, I produced and hosted many live events where people told personal, sometimes vulnerable stories. Once back in Europe, I facilitated an international writing group where people explored their lived experience.
Holding that kind of space carefully, witnessing shifts as they occurred, became second nature.
More recently I've been working as a scientific writer in health outcomes research, producing reports on quality of life in people living with rare conditions and chronic illness.
I also understand what the data doesn't capture.
In 2024 I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, an autoimmune condition affecting my spine.
It was the latest chapter in a longer relationship with chronic pain, which I came to see as inseparable from what I carried emotionally.
Over the years I've turned to therapy, meditation, shamanism, hypnosis, tapping, and creative practice.
The Emotion Code has been the deepest, fastest, and most transformative practice of all.
Not as a cure, but as a way of releasing what the body had been holding for a long time. The changes that followed touched every part of my life.
I became a certified practitioner because I wanted to offer others what I had found.
I approach this work with steadiness, discernment, and respect for each person's pace. Allowing what is ready to move. Safely.
I am based in Brussels and work with clients internationally.

FAQ
How do I prepare for a session?
There is nothing you need to prepare. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted, drink a glass of water, and keep some handy during the session. Give yourself a few minutes to settle before we begin.
If there is something specific you'd like to work on — a life goal, an emotional pattern, a physical symptom — you're welcome to bring it. If not, we can simply let your subconscious point to what is most ready to release.
Do I need to talk about difficult experiences in detail?
No. While context can be helpful, sessions do not require revisiting painful memories at length. We work directly with the subconscious.
How does muscle testing work?
Muscle testing is used, as in kinesiology, to access subconscious information through subtle physiological responses. It allows us to identify trapped emotions that may not be accessible through conscious recall.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies. Some clients notice shifts within a few sessions. Others choose to continue working through layered patterns over time.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No. This work complements therapeutic and medical support but does not replace it.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled or refunded up to 7 days prior to the appointment. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. This protects dedicated session time and maintains the integrity of the practice.
